Richard Lyons, Attorney and Partner at Wendel Rosen Black & Dean

Richard, a partner in the firm, practices business and intellectual property (IP) law. He has worked with green businesses for more than two decades. He was a key player in putting together the nation's first utility-scale, institutionally funded wind power project.

He was lead counsel on the merger that created the first and largest national natural foods distributor. As a co-founder of Wendel Rosen’s green business group in 2002, he helped Wendel Rosen become the first certified green law firm in the country.

Gary T. Brooks, has over 24 years experience in the investment banking industry and has completed over 100 transactions. He also has 10 years in financial planning and company management.

In 1986 he joined Acquisition Management and Brokerage, one of the first M&A firms focused on the middle market. The mission of Acquisition Management was to offer their clients the sophisticated level of service that large investment banks such as Morgan Stanley, Solomon Brothers and Bear Stearns were offering their larger business clients.

In 1991, Mr. Brooks founded Larchmont Associates to continue providing investment banking advisory services to middle market companies. Larchmont works closely with only a small number of clients and their advisors at any one time to help them meet their business and personal financial objectives.

Mr. Brooks founded ExitPlanPros in 2006 to capitalize on his experience and offer a vertically integrated exit planning advisory service to mid-sized business owners.

He is the resident Exit Planning expert on the Dun & Bradstreet website, Allbusiness.com.

Alan Campbell, has over 30 years of broad-based financial and operational experience. He is a versatile, results-oriented senior executive with proven entrepreneurial skills and Fortune 100 training and experience. Residing in the Silicon Valley for the past twenty-five years, he has over 20 years of experience at the CFO, COO and Controller level in a variety of industries, including computer hardware and services, high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution and insurance. In addition to having spent several years in middle management positions at Fortune 100 companies Alan has founded, built and sold two successful start-up companies. He knows what it is like to meet payroll and fulfill the many demands placed on the small business owner. Alan considers himself to be a business man first and finance professional second.
